We are very happy with the installation of an Air Source Heat Pump system for our electrically heated  home.  Eric had been great to deal with and is a great communicator as far as when things will be done etc.  His crew of Matt & Billy were great to have on the installation.  There weren't here just to get the system installed, but were here to do it properly & neatly.  They thought things out before moving ahead & would ask for our thoughts. Great team whom we would definitely recommend!

Eric and his team of trained technicians go above and beyond to make things right and get equipment running as smooth as it should.  We've been having issues from Day 1 since replacing our geo unit from another local provider...  I gave in and contacted Eric to get things done right...   He showed up with his team, identified the issues within an hour and made the right changes to get our unit operating the way it should for years to come.  Our experience with Borts has been nothing but the best.  Staff are trained and knowledgeable and take the time to explain the work needed. I'm looking at heat pump options and Borts was the best company to deal with. I'm an older lady and Zac and Sasha were 2 amazing techs. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient.
